Assets of 1.2 trillion and they can't fly a new flag.

You know what will eventually happen? You'll pass by the bank and the flag will be gone-replaced by the underwear of whatever idiot is running that branch once someone at Chase corporate gets on the ball and tells them to get moving. Maybe (hopefully) he/she will still be wearing them, too.
Is the flag lit at night? Do they take it in from the weather? And what in the name of God is taking 'them' so long to replace it?
A bank in our small town moved leaving a "dead flag" hanging. I complained to the branch manager and the flag was removed. It's hard to get the attention of a global financial service.
Maybe we should buy stock, instead?

I dislike Chase anyway...
