So today I go out and there's a truck blocking my driveway. And a huge hole in my parkway [again].

I get into my car and one of the guys comes over to ask if they can park a huge piece of machinery on my lawn. He promised that they would fix any damage if there was any. Sure, park a plane there. Sounds like a great idea to me. Meanwhile, could you move the truck blocking my driveway so I can get out? I have my priorities straight.

I came back and there is a long, deep treadmark where they drove the machine off the protective wood plank it was parked on. And there were also some small depressions in the grass.

But nothing like the depression I'm sinking into now.

I do hope you realize who is commenting on your delimas.  I feel your pain!!!  When the spring rains come, you can bring your boat out. Is it time to move?  Anne

I'd tell you to complain to the local Union, but you'd probably end up under that new asphalt patch. Find a nice expensive ladnscaper and get an estimate. Then have him double it. Then send the bill to the CEO of the company.

Get pictures. Not for us. For court.

It could be worse.  What if you had been sunbathing in the front yard and the big machine thing rolled over you and cut off both your legs?  See?  It'll be okay.  But still.....threaten to kick their asses.

Ya want I should email you instructions on how to operate that equipment strewn up and down the street?  You could move it after they leave for the day, then watch them try to find it in the morining.  It would be a hoot.
