Oh how funny!   When I get that voice thingy, my voice goes deep instead of high. Feel better....chicken soup!    Anne

Wow, that's awful!  Gargle with warm salt water and call me in the morning.

Oh dear!  Certainly hope you feel better than you sound.

You know, usually when you sound like that, you are on the mend...feeling better...but sound awful.

Which means it's the perfect time to call in sick to work. (Not that I've ever done that or anything~) :p

Go back to bed!

STOP TALKING!!!! Ugh! You're just as bad as me. I got my first & only case of laryngitis in Feb of 1990! I had just finished a HUGE hiring fair. Interviewed hundreds of people in a hotel & we all went out for pizza afterwards & when I laughed my voice went so high that others laughed more & then I did of course. Next morning nothing. Yep...I'm just as bad...so frustrating when I can't talk! Doctor made me lay in bed for 3 days saying I could get pneumonia if I didn't. I had boundless amounts of energy. Then when I had to go back to work I felt so sick. I drank 3 of those huge orange containers of Orange Juice (can't remember brand that has them) The more you talk the longer it will last and you can hurt your vocal chords. I hope you go see a doctor too. If I'm not mistaken it is a virus but they may still give you something.
