Somebody Bake a Cake
This year marks the fiftieth anniversary of the pill. I found an article online about it HERE. However, since most of the articles written about the pill are by people who weren't born until later, the writer got some information wrong: The first oral contraceptive, called Evonid, was introduced in the US on August 18, 1960. It quickly became available in other countries.
Actually, the first oral contraception was called ENOVID, not EVONID, you twit.
Which got me wondering -- how should I celebrate this auspicious occasion? WWJD?
